NCTE AG Lowers 2026 Forecast and Announces Restructuring Program

NCTE AG lowered its 2026 revenue forecast to €4.0 million–€4.2 million from €4.4 million–€5.4 million, and now expects EBITDA of -€1.1 million to -€0.9 million, versus its previous range of -€0.5 million to +€0.1 million. The company cited delayed revenue recognition from new orders and the non-renewal of framework contracts in the agricultural and e-bike sectors. Its board and supervisory board approved a cost-cutting restructuring program that will eliminate about one-third of the workforce, mainly in production and operations, while retaining core development, innovation, and direct sales functions.
