ACG Metals to Acquire Blue Moon Norway for US$220 Million

ACG Metals has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Blue Moon Norway AS from Blue Moon Metals Inc. for US$220 million, payable in ACG Class A Ordinary Shares. The assets include the construction-stage Nussir copper mine and exploration-stage NSG property. ACG says the acquisition supports its strategy to become a high-growth European copper producer; the deal is subject to customary closing conditions and approvals, with completion anticipated by November 30, 2026.
