AC Immune SA (NASDAQ: ACIU) announced positive results from Part 1 of its Phase 2 trial, VacSYn, for ACI-7104 in early-stage Parkinson's disease patients, meeting all primary endpoints of safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity. The trial showed ACI-7104 was generally safe and well-tolerated, with a 100% response rate in antibody development after three immunizations. Preliminary evidence suggests potential target engagement with observed trends in biomarker correlations, and the trial is set to continue into Part 2, with FDA submission planned for early 2027.
