ACI Worldwide Reports Q3 2026 Financial Results and Updates FY 2026 Guidance

ACI Worldwide reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $426.8 million, above the FactSet consensus estimate of $421.9 million, while adjusted EPS of $0.54 fell short of the $0.61 analyst estimate. The company forecast full-year 2026 revenue of $1.90 billion to $1.93 billion. CEO Thomas Warsop cited strong ARR bookings and progress on strategic priorities as drivers of results he said were ahead of expectations.
