Ameren Corporation Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results and Updates Earnings Guidance

Ameren reported third-quarter 2026 GAAP net income of $676 million, or $2.42 per diluted share, up from $640 million, or $2.35 per share, a year earlier. Revenue was $2.88 billion, and adjusted EPS of $2.42 exceeded analyst estimates of $2.82 billion in revenue and $2.29 per share, respectively. The company raised its 2026 EPS guidance to $5.35–$5.55 from $5.25–$5.45 and issued an initial 2027 outlook of $5.70–$5.90. Ameren also cited a planned $38.1 billion infrastructure investment program, expected to drive 13.3% annual growth in its regulated asset base through 2031.
