AerCap Holdings N.V. Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results and Raises Full-Year Guidance

AerCap reported record third-quarter 2026 GAAP net income of $949 million ($6.17 per share) and adjusted net income of $1.009 billion ($6.56 per share). Citing strong demand for aviation assets, it raised full-year adjusted EPS guidance to approximately $20.70. The board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, payable December 3 to shareholders of record November 11.
