Fidelity BancShares has announced its acquisition of 100% of Affinity Bancshares in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $142.8 million, marking Fidelity's entry into Georgia. Each Affinity shareholder will receive $23.00 per share, with the deal expected to enhance Affinity's capabilities and services. Post-merger, the combined organization will have around $5.5 billion in total assets, $4.6 billion in total deposits, and $3.6 billion in loans.
