Agenus To Present Research On Botensilimab, Fc-Enhanced Multifunctional Anti-CTLA-4 Antibody, In Combination With Balstilimab, Anti-PD-1 Antibody, At SITC 2026

Agenus Inc. (NASDAQ: AGEN) announced that two research posters on botensilimab (BOT), an anti-CTLA-4 antibody, in combination with balstilimab (BAL), an anti-PD-1 antibody, have been accepted for presentation at the SITC 2026 Annual Meeting scheduled for November 4-8, 2026, in Phoenix, Arizona. One poster will focus on long-term survivors of refractory microsatellite-stable metastatic colorectal cancer treated with BOT+BAL, while the other will discuss preclinical research involving BOT+BAL and MiNK Therapeutics’ agenT-797 in colorectal cancer liver metastases.
