AIB Data Centers Inks Agreement With Nebius For 50 Megawatts Of IT Capacity At Its U.S. Site

AIB Data Centers Inc. has signed a binding agreement with Nebius for 50 megawatts of IT capacity at its U.S. facility. The deal, which spans an initial 12-year term, is expected to be funded through customer prepayments, project-level debt, and preferred equity, thereby minimizing the need for corporate-level common equity and reducing potential shareholder dilution.
