AIBotics Acquires Operating Assets Associated With NovaCore Labs From PlayJamaica

AIBotics, Inc. (OTCID: AIBT) has completed the acquisition of operating assets from NovaCore Labs, previously owned by PlayJamaica Limited, under an Asset Sale and Purchase Agreement. This acquisition aims to support AIBotics' expansion plans in Jamaica and the CARICOM region, which is projected to have a combined GDP of approximately US$420 billion and an average real GDP growth rate of 3.4% by 2026.
