20/20 BioLabs Secures $520K MDH Grant To Deploy OneTest MCED Blood Test Across Maryland Fire Departments

20/20 BioLabs, Inc. (NASDAQ: AIDX) has secured over $520,000 in funding from the Maryland Department of Health to deploy its OneTest multi-cancer early detection blood test across 18 Maryland fire departments. This initiative will allow for the testing of approximately 1,400 firefighters and represents a ~225% increase in funding for OneTest MCEDs compared to the previous year. The testing is scheduled to occur in April or May 2026.
