Astera Labs Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results

Astera Labs reported record third-quarter 2026 revenue of $584.9 million, up 49% sequentially and 154% year over year. GAAP net income was $182.9 million, with diluted earnings per share of $0.99; adjusted EPS of $1.32 topped the FactSet consensus of $1.19. The company said its Scorpio fabric switch family became its largest product line by revenue after reaching high-volume production. For the fourth quarter, Astera Labs forecast revenue of $730 million to $750 million and adjusted EPS of $1.62 to $1.66.
