The Donald Trump administration has sued the state of California, led by Governor Gavin Newsom (D), over the latter's emissions goals. Quarterly revenue came in at $224.17 million, which beat the Street consensus estimate of $221.3 million. Oracle Corp (NYSE:ORCL) reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $17.19 billion. That beat analyst estimates of $16.91 billion. Adjusted earnings per share rose 21% year-over-year to $1.79. Estimates called for $1.71 per share. Software & Semiconductor Meta Platforms, Inc.’s (NASDAQ:META) upcoming foundational AI model, code-named “Avocado,” has reportedly underperformed compared with systems from competitors during internal evaluations.
