The company has reported a more than 23% reduction in serious crashes due to safety initiatives and DSP leadership. Additionally, Amazon is introducing AI-powered tools such as Wellspring and Smart Delivery Glasses to enhance delivery efficiency. The company is also committing $70 million over the next five years for community impact initiatives led by DSP owners.
