The company, founded in 2023 by Dean Leitersdorf, Moshe Shalev, and Orian Leitersdorf, builds real-time generative video and interactive world models, including Oasis and Lucy. It raised $300 million in a Series B round in May, led by Radical Ventures, with Nvidia among the investors, pushing its valuation to nearly $4 billion.
