Amazon reported fiscal third-quarter 2026 net income of $20.69 billion, or $1.89 per share, on revenue of $201.94 billion, below analyst expectations of $1.97 per share and $202.2 billion in sales. AWS sales grew 39.3%, its fastest pace in nearly five years. Amazon forecast fourth-quarter net sales of $240 billion to $247 billion.
