Adlai Nortye Group enters Clinical Trial Collaboration And Supply Agreements With Eli Lilly And Merck KGaA For The ERBITUX Anti-EGFR Antibody

Adlai Nortye Group has entered into clinical trial collaboration and supply agreements with Eli Lilly and Merck KGaA for its Phase I trial of AN4035, a pan-RAS(ON) inhibitor-based ADC. Lilly will provide cetuximab at no cost for U.S. trial sites, while Merck KGaA will supply it for sites in Australia and China. The trial aims to evaluate AN4035 both as a monotherapy and in combination with cetuximab for treating CEACAM5-enriched, RAS-addicted solid tumors, which include colorectal, pancreatic, and lung cancers.
