Antalpha Platform Holding Company Announces US$2 Million Equity Investment in Aurelion Inc.

Antalpha Platform Holding Company, through its subsidiary Antalpha Capital (HK) Limited, has announced a US$2 million equity investment in Aurelion Inc. (NASDAQ: AURE) by subscribing for 952,381 newly issued Class B ordinary shares at US$2.10 per share. This investment will increase Antalpha's ownership in Aurelion from 31.7% to approximately 33.4%. The funds are aimed at enhancing Aurelion's financial flexibility as it develops its digital gold infrastructure.
