Brødrene A. & O. Johansen reported Q3 2026 revenue of DKK 1.8 billion, up 22.9%, and EBITDA of DKK 126 million, up 28.0%; the EBITDA margin was 7.0%, or 8.0% excluding transaction costs. Organic revenue grew 12.5%, while acquisitions added 10.4 percentage points to growth. Elektroimportøren, consolidated from August 26, contributed DKK 119 million in revenue and DKK 17 million in EBITDA.
