Arcturus has announced a definitive agreement to acquire myNEO, an AI discovery company, to enhance its mRNA design quality and target identification capabilities. The transaction is expected to close in October and follows a collaborative relationship between the two companies since 2024. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
