Arrow Electronics reported record third-quarter 2026 revenue of $10.72 billion, up 39% year over year, and adjusted diluted EPS of $6.22, above the $5.06 FactSet consensus. Net income attributable to shareholders increased to $318.4 million from $109.2 million a year earlier. Demand was strong across Global Components and Global Enterprise Computing Solutions, supported by investment in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and hybrid infrastructure. For the fourth quarter, Arrow forecast revenue of $11.55 billion to $12.15 billion and adjusted EPS of $7.00 to $7.20.
