Astrotech Submits Proposal For The NASA Next Space Technologies For Exploration Partnerships-3 Lunar Enabling Infrastructure Accelerator Regarding Its Vertical Solar Array

Astrotech has submitted a proposal for the NASA Next Space Technologies for Exploration Partnerships-3, focusing on the Astrotech Vertical Solar Array Maturation (AVSAM) project. The initiative aims to advance the Astrotech Mobile Power System (AMPS) from Technology Readiness Level 4 to 6, featuring a 120-volt direct-current interface capable of 6 kilowatts of continuous power. If selected, Astrotech will collaborate with Skycorp for development and testing, while also exploring the establishment of Lunar Utilities Corporation to provide power services on the lunar surface.
