Atmos Energy Reports Fiscal Fourth-Quarter 2026 Earnings and Initiates Fiscal 2027 Guidance

Atmos Energy reported fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 earnings of $1.17 per share, above the $1.14 consensus estimate, and full-year earnings of $8.49 per share, its 24th consecutive year of earnings growth. Operating income increased 18.1% year over year, supported by rate adjustments, infrastructure cost recoveries and customer growth. The company initiated fiscal 2027 earnings guidance of $9.05 to $9.25 per share and projected about $4.5 billion in capital expenditures for the year, within a nearly $29 billion investment plan through fiscal 2031.
