ArriVent BioPharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVBP) has initiated a Phase 1 trial for its dual-target antibody-drug conjugate ARR-002, aimed at treating ovarian and endometrial cancer, marking the second ADC from its portfolio to enter clinical testing. The drug targets MUC16 and NaPi2b, which are over-expressed in these cancers, potentially enhancing treatment efficacy. Additionally, in August 2026, ArriVent signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Shanghai Allist Pharmaceuticals to develop ARR-002 in Greater China, retaining all other rights.
