Anavex Life Sciences Corp. has completed clinical trials for drug-drug interaction and absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion of its drug blarcamesine (ANAVEX 2-73). The U.S. FDA has cleared the company's Investigational New Drug application for Fragile X syndrome. Additionally, Anavex plans to meet with the FDA in November to discuss the inclusion of pediatric participants in its Phase 3 trial for Rett syndrome.
