Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: BBGI) has announced a $5 million registered direct offering priced at $14 per share for 357,000 shares of Class A Common Stock. Concurrently, the company will issue unregistered warrants to purchase an equal number of shares at an exercise price of $15. The proceeds will be used to reduce borrowings under its revolving credit facility and to redeem a portion of its 11.000% Senior Secured First Lien Notes due 2028.
