Brave Bison Group plc has reported that as of October 22, 2026, it has received valid acceptances for approximately 8.10% of System1 Group PLC's issued share capital, bringing its total interest to 35.95%. The final offer includes 180 pence in cash, 2.394 new Brave Bison shares, and one Bison CVR per System1 share, with an implied value of 405 pence per share excluding the CVR. Brave Bison has urged System1 shareholders to accept the offer by the deadline of October 26, 2026.
