Biodesix Adds AI-Powered Imaging Test To Expand Lung Cancer Risk Screening

Biodesix, Inc. (NASDAQ: BDSX) has announced the addition of an AI-powered imaging test to its Lung Diagnostics strategy, marking a significant expansion into multimodal diagnostics that combines blood-based and imaging biomarkers. The first product, developed in collaboration with Vanderbilt University, focuses on lung nodule risk assessment and is set to complement the existing Nodify Lung® portfolio. Initial data will be presented at RSNA on December 3, 2026, with commercial availability expected in 2028, positioning Biodesix to enhance its lung cancer risk assessment capabilities.
