Bimergen Energy Awards Construction Contract To TruGrid For 40 MW / 80 MWh Texas Battery Energy Storage System

Bimergen Energy Corporation (NYSE: BESS) has awarded a construction contract to TruGrid for a 40 MW / 80 MWh battery energy storage system in Texas, covering locations such as Port Lavaca, Corpus Christi, Victoria, and McAllen. This project follows Bimergen's acquisition of eight late-stage 9.9 MW distributed generation battery energy storage projects in the ERCOT South region of Texas.
