Bausch Health Announces Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results and Raises Guidance

Bausch Health reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.94 billion, up 10% year over year on a reported basis and 8% organically. GAAP net income was $436 million, adjusted diluted EPS rose 53% to $1.77, and adjusted EBITDA increased 32% to $1.305 billion. Excluding Bausch + Lomb, the company generated more than $1 billion in quarterly adjusted EBITDA for the first time, and it raised its full-year financial guidance.
