Burke & Herbert Financial Services, LINKBANCORP Receive Shareholders' Approval For Proposed Merger

Burke & Herbert Financial Services Corp. (Nasdaq: BHRB) and LINKBANCORP, Inc. (Nasdaq: LNKB) have received shareholder approval for their proposed merger, which was voted on during special meetings held on March 25, 2026.
