BioInvent Announces Proposed SEK 430 Million Rights Issue and Q3 2026 Results

BioInvent proposed a rights issue of approximately SEK 430 million, subject to extraordinary general meeting approval, to fund priority clinical programs including BI-1808 and extend its cash runway through the end of 2027. For the first nine months of 2026, sales were lower than a year earlier, which included a $20 million mezagitamab rights payment; the company also reported reduced costs and SEK 225 million in liquid funds. BI-1808 combined with pembrolizumab achieved a 24% objective response rate and a 53% disease control rate in pretreated ovarian cancer, supporting plans for randomized triplet testing in 2027.
