BKV, Lamb Weston, Penguin Solutions And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Wednesday

BKV Corp (NYSE:BKV) shares increased by 9.2% to $24.08 following the announcement of an equipment supply contract by a subsidiary. Meanwhile, Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:LW) rose 2.7% to $49.19 after reporting better-than-expected first-quarter financial results and raising its FY27 guidance above estimates. Overall, U.S. stocks were lower, with the Dow Jones index falling around 1% on the same day.
