BioLineRx and Hemispherian Present Preclinical Data on GLIX1 Synergy with PARP Inhibitors at ESMO 2026

BioLineRx Ltd. and Hemispherian AS presented preclinical data at ESMO 2026 regarding their lead asset, GLIX1, which showed synergy with PARP inhibitors in HR-proficient ovarian cancer models. The combination of low-dose GLIX1 and olaparib resulted in significant tumor growth inhibition compared to control. These findings suggest a potential expansion of PARP inhibitors' therapeutic utility and support further clinical investigation into this combination therapy.
