BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inks License Deal With Ascendis Pharma; Grants Ascendis License For Transcon Cnp, Navepegritide, Yuviwel; Ascendis To Pay Biomarin 20% U.S., 18% EU/Br/Sk Royalty On Sales Until May 2030; All Pending Litigation Dismissed

BioMarin Pharmaceutical has entered into a licensing agreement with Ascendis Pharma, granting Ascendis rights to Transcon Cnp, Navepegritide, and Yuviwel. Under the terms of the deal, Ascendis will pay BioMarin a royalty of 20% on U.S. sales and 18% on sales in the EU, Brazil, and South Korea until May 2030. Additionally, all pending litigation related to this agreement has been dismissed.
