Candel has published the final phase of its Phase 2a clinical trial results for Aglatimagene Besadenovec combined with Valacyclovir in patients with Stage III/IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who showed inadequate response to immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI). The peer-reviewed study, published in the Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer, reports a median overall survival of 24.5 months for these patients.
