Capstone Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: CAPS) reported a 7.6% organic revenue growth to approximately $14.0 million and a 6.5% organic gross profit growth to $3.5 million for the first two months of Q3 2026. Year-to-date, organic revenue increased 4.6% to about $48.1 million, while organic gross profit rose 6.5% to $12.5 million. The company continues to achieve organic growth despite a contraction in the broader building-products market.
