Perspective Therapeutics Receives FDA Fast Track Designation For Development Of PSV359 For Adult Patients With Locally Advanced Unresectable And/Or Metastatic Fibroblast Activation Protein-Positive Solitary Fibrous Tumors

Perspective Therapeutics has received FDA Fast Track Designation for its investigational therapy PSV359, aimed at treating adult patients with locally advanced unresectable and/or metastatic fibroblast activation protein-positive solitary fibrous tumors (SFTs). PSV359 is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1/2a study and has shown promising early human imaging data indicating strong tumor uptake. The Fast Track program will facilitate the development and review process, potentially allowing for more frequent interactions with the FDA and eligibility for expedited approval pathways.
