Cardiogeni PLC Announces Further Delay in Publication of Audited Annual Accounts

Cardiogeni PLC has further delayed publication of its audited accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026, now expected in mid-November 2026 rather than the second half of October. Trading in the company’s shares remains suspended after the accounts missed the 30 September deadline; Cardiogeni intends to seek restoration of trading once the accounts are published.
