Check Point Software Reports 2026 Third Quarter Financial Results

Check Point Software reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $670 million, down 1% year over year, while security subscription revenue rose 11% to $339 million, driven by demand for Email, CTEM and AI Security solutions. GAAP EPS was $1.82 and non-GAAP EPS was $2.49, compared with $3.28 and $3.94 a year earlier; the prior-year results included a $1.47-per-share tax settlement. Remaining performance obligations increased 5% to $2.5 billion. CEO Nadav Zafrir said the company believes revenue reached a trough in the quarter and expects gradual improvement beginning in the fourth quarter.
