Climb Bio and Mabworks presented new data for their therapeutic candidate CLYM116/MIL116 at ASN Kidney Week 2026, showing over 90% free APRIL suppression sustained for 12 weeks and a 70% reduction in Gd-IgA1 at the same time point. The treatment demonstrated a half-life of approximately 33 days, supporting a Q12W dosing interval. Additionally, the NAVIGATE-2 Phase 2 trial is currently enrolling patients.
