Conduent Completes $447 Million Refinancing Transaction

Conduent Incorporated has successfully closed a $447 million refinancing transaction, which extends its existing $357 million revolving credit facility until May 2029 and adds $90 million in commitments from bank lenders. The deal also includes a $15 million letter of credit facility. This refinancing is aimed at supporting the company's strategy to deleverage and de-risk its balance sheet.
