Capital One Financial Corporation (NYSE: COF) shares increased by 3.41% to $187.65 following a U.S. District judge's dismissal of a lawsuit filed by President Donald Trump and his business, which alleged political discrimination in the closure of accounts. The judge deemed the complaint 'deficient' but allowed the Trump Organization the opportunity to amend and refile the case. Capital One has not commented on the ruling.
