Cencora Agrees To Acquire EyeSouth Partners' Retina Business For $1.1B

Cencora, Inc. (NYSE: COR) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire EyeSouth Partners' retina business for $1.1 billion. The acquisition will integrate EyeSouth's affiliated retina physicians into Cencora's Retina Consultants of America (RCA). Cencora anticipates the deal will be slightly accretive to its adjusted diluted EPS within the first year post-closing, which is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. The company's fiscal 2026 financial guidance does not currently include this transaction.
