Coya Therapeutics has successfully enrolled the planned 120 participants in its Phase 2/3 ALSTARS Trial, which is evaluating COYA 302 for the treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Additional eligible participants in active screening may also enroll. The company expects to release topline data from the 24-week double-blind treatment phase in early Q2 2027.
