Salesforce Reports Fiscal 2027 Second-Quarter Results and Announces M&A Activity

Salesforce reported fiscal 2027 second-quarter revenue of $11.35 billion, up 11% year over year, while current remaining performance obligations rose 14% to $33.5 billion. It raised full-year revenue guidance to $46.1 billion–$46.4 billion. Agentforce surpassed $1.5 billion in annual recurring revenue, up 240%. Salesforce completed its acquisition of Contentful and agreed to acquire Fin, formerly Intercom, to expand its AI capabilities.
