Coral Products PLC Announces Delay in Annual Results and Temporary Suspension of Trading

Coral Products PLC said delays in its audit mean it will miss the 31 October 2026 AIM Rule 19 deadline for publishing its annual audited accounts. Trading in its ordinary shares will be temporarily suspended from 7:30 a.m. on 2 November 2026. The company is working with its auditor and expects to publish the accounts by 30 November, when it anticipates trading will resume.
