CoreWeave Stock Drops: What's Going On Today?

CEO Michael Intrator Sells Shares Across Multiple Tranches A Form 4 filed with the SEC Friday showed Intrator, CoreWeave’s CEO, president and a director, sold shares across five separate tranches on September 22, with prices ranging from $85.57 to $88.95, totaling 200,000 shares sold directly. A related entity, Omnadora Capital LLC, also sold 107,692 shares that same day at similar prices, bringing its indirect holdings tied to Intrator down to zero. The filing showed Omnadora had acquired that exact same number of shares earlier the same day by converting Class B stock into Class A common stock, before offloading the entire position across the reported transactions. Following the sales, Intrator’s direct holdings stood at 687,129 shares. CoreWeave’s Chart Shows a Repeating Support Level Still Intact Beyond today’s insider sale, the stock’s broader chart tells a more encouraging story. Since bottoming at around $59 on July 29, CoreWeave has gone through two spike-and-crash cycles, running from $59 to $117 before pulling back to $78, then from $78 to $104 before falling to that same $78 level again. Notably, the second rally couldn’t match the height of the first, yet buyers stepped in at the identical $78 mark both times, a pattern suggesting fading upside enthusiasm without any real loss of downside support. With shares still comfortably above that $78 floor, the more meaningful question going forward isn’t today’s dip but whether the next rally attempt can finally clear the $104 level set during the second cycle. Breaking above it would snap the recent trend of lower highs; failing again below it would suggest buying momentum keeps cooling even as the underlying support holds.
