Cytokinetics Begins ASPEN-HCM Study Evaluating MYQORZO In Adult Patients With Symptomatic Obstructive Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

Cytokinetics has initiated the ASPEN-HCM study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of MYQORZO in adult patients with symptomatic obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (oHCM). This multicenter, observational study, led by UCSF, aims to enroll approximately 400 patients over 12 to 36 months to generate real-world evidence on MYQORZO's clinical and economic impact. Key outcomes will include reductions in left ventricular ejection fraction and treatment discontinuations, alongside analyses of healthcare resource utilization and treatment patterns.
