Cytokinetics, Incorporated (Nasdaq: CYTK) has received a Notice of Compliance from Health Canada, allowing the use of MYQORZO (aficamten) for treating symptomatic obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (oHCM) in adult patients classified as NYHA class II-III. MYQORZO is an oral medication that inhibits cardiac myosin motor activity, which helps reduce cardiac contractility and left ventricular outflow tract obstruction in patients with oHCM.
